The yard was hit with a devastating blow at Sandown on Saturday when SIR VALENTINO (FR) tragically lost his life after falling at the final fence in the Tingle Creek. He was a fantastic, kind hearted horse who provided us all with many fond memories after joining the yard from France as a four year old. He made unbelievable progress during his career to amass £240,000 in prize money. The highlights included his win in the 2016 Haldon Gold Cup and his third in the prestigious Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival earlier this year. Our sincere condolences go to his owners Doone Hulse, Susie Saunders and Lady Cobham, he will be sorely missed by all. Thank you to those of you who have sent kind messages.
